Planning and Managing your Project

We have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience managing projects.

After we build your Scope and Requirements documentation, we then determine how many man-hours it will take to bring your project to completion. We take into account time for testing, debugging, progress meetings, as well as vacation and holidays. This will give you an accurate set of milestones to track our progress.

Time Management
We understand the meaning of "deadline" and we also make sure that we pay attention to the details of your requirements. The best way of doing this is having a dedicated person act as the Project Manager on all projects. Your PM will post weekly updates of your project and will send you updates regularly if you choose to track your project in-house as well.
